Is Custom Calendar Generator free?

Yes. Every calendar generator on the site is completely free to use. There are no accounts, subscriptions, or premium tiers. The site is supported in part by affiliate links to calendars and planners on Amazon — see our Affiliate Disclosure.

Do I need to create an account?

No. There is no sign-up and no login. Choose a calendar type, customize it, and print or download immediately.

Are the calendars I make private?

Yes. Every generator runs entirely in your browser. The calendars and PDFs you create never leave your device and are never sent to our servers. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Can I use the calendars commercially?

Yes. You may use, print, and distribute the calendars you generate for any lawful purpose, including commercial use. See our Terms of Service for the full license.

How do I download a calendar as a PDF?

Open any calendar generator, set your options, and use the Download PDF button. The PDF is created right in your browser, so it works even offline once the page has loaded.

Why isn't my calendar printing correctly?

Use the Print button on the generator page, then in your browser's print dialog set the paper size to match your calendar (Letter or A4), choose portrait or landscape as appropriate, and enable "Background graphics" so grid lines appear. Setting margins to "Default" or "None" usually gives the best fit.

What paper sizes are supported?

The generators support US Letter and A4, the two most common home and office sizes. Choose your size in the generator before printing or downloading.

Should my week start on Sunday or Monday?

Either — most generators let you choose. Sunday-start is the common US convention, while Monday-start is standard in much of the world and for work weeks. See our article on Sunday vs. Monday calendar starts.

What calendar types can I create?

Can I save my settings between visits?

Not yet — settings are not stored between sessions. Download your calendar as a PDF to keep a copy. We may add saved settings in a future update.
