How to Use This Calendar
Pick the meeting date, set your home zone, and select up to five more zones to compare. Each row is one hour of that day where you are, and each column shows what the clock reads in the other zones at that same moment.
Shaded cells fall between 08:00 and 17:59 locally, so a row shaded straight across is a slot that works for everyone. A (+1) or (-1) marks a cell that lands on the next or previous calendar day. Daylight saving time and half-hour offsets are handled for the date you choose.
Frequently Asked Questions
- How many time zones can I compare?
- Your home zone plus up to five others, six columns in total, which is what fits legibly on one landscape page.
- Does it handle daylight saving time?
- Yes. Times are converted for the specific date you choose, so a meeting planned across a changeover shows the correct offsets on both sides.
- Why show all 24 hours instead of business hours?
- Because the useful slot for a widely spread team is often outside the obvious hours. The full day is shown and the local working window is shaded, so the overlap is easy to find.
- What do (+1) and (-1) mean?
- That the time in that column falls on the day after, or the day before, the meeting date in your home zone.
